These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", or "your") and bebdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the bebdt website located at https://bebdt.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and support channels.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during sign-up, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bebdt platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional policies published on bebdt, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be published from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall govern the matter to which they relate, and these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

bebdt reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via the email address on file or via an in-platform announcement. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Participation in any betting, wagering, or gaming activity on bebdt is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and applies uniformly to all members regardless of location within Bangladesh or the specific game or betting product being accessed.

By registering an account on bebdt, you expressly declare and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are a human individual (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or automated system);
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bebdt or any related platform;
• You are not a bebdt employee, contractor, affiliate, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Participating in online gaming is legal under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, and you accept sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws.

bebdt conducts age verification checks as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Members may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to verify their age before withdrawal requests are processed. Failure to pass age verification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds derived from gameplay during the unverified period.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

One Account Policy

Each individual member is permitted to hold one (1) active bebdt account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bebdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings generated across those accounts, and retain any bonus funds that were claimed.

Account Accuracy

You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your account's lifetime remains accurate and up to date. bebdt may require you to re-verify your details at any time, particularly if account activity suggests a discrepancy between the registered details and the true identity of the account holder. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bebdt username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bebdt immediately at [email protected]. bebdt will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the member failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

KYC Verification

bebdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. As part of this programme, you may be required at any time to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Standard acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, utility bill (dated within three months), and a screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash or Nagad account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction until verification is completed.

bebdt processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for members in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and City Bank. bebdt does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or international wire transfers at this time.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically reflected in your bebdt wallet within seconds of a successful mobile money confirmation. DBBL and City Bank transfers may take up to one business day to process. bebdt does not charge fees for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bebdt accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made to bebdt may only be used for gameplay and betting. Attempting to deposit and immediately withdraw funds without placing any bets — commonly known as "churning" — is prohibited and may result in account review and restriction.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. bebdt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that differ from the deposit source. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect member funds.

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, Bangladeshi public holidays, or where additional verification is required. bebdt will notify you via your registered contact details if a withdrawal requires further documentation.

Transaction Limits

Transaction limits may be adjusted at bebdt's discretion, including in response to KYC verification status, account history, and applicable regulatory requirements. Members will be notified of any changes to limits applicable to their account.

bebdt offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on cricket markets, Eid and Pohela Boishakh seasonal promotions, and weekly cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when read together.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered using real money or bonus funds across eligible games before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, cricket, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Each offer's specific terms will state the applicable game contribution rates.
• Bonus offers may carry an expiry date. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically upon expiry without replacement.
• bebdt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited to member accounts will be honoured subject to the original wagering requirements.

Abuse and Misuse of Bonuses

bebdt employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using bonus funds solely to meet wagering requirements on low-risk bets designed to minimise exposure, arbitraging bonuses across accounts, and using software or bots to place wagers. Where abuse is identified, bebdt reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the member's account.

bebdt is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment methods or identity documents.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or live dealer game.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated software to interact with bebdt games, betting interfaces, or the cashier.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, misconfigured odds, or system malfunction to place bets that would not otherwise be available. Any winnings derived from such errors are void and will be reversed.
• Money Laundering: Using the bebdt platform as a vehicle for depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds in a manner intended to conceal the origin of those funds.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct directed at bebdt staff, support agents, or other members via any communication channel.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in relation to legitimate bebdt transactions. Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, the associated account will be permanently closed and any positive balance will be forfeited.

bebdt cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators where prohibited conduct is identified. Members suspected of criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and account funds may be frozen pending investigation.

All content published on the bebdt platform — including but not limited to the bebdt brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, game interfaces, graphics, icons, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bebdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bebdt platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or republishing any bebdt content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any bebdt software or game;
• Creating derivative works based on bebdt content, branding, or game mechanics;
• Using the bebdt name or logo in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to bebdt for display on the platform. Any misuse of third-party game content is subject to the terms of those studios in addition to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bebdt's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or transaction shall be limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bebdt shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Damages arising from interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service provider outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the member failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials;
• Losses arising from a member's reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the platform where such inaccuracy resulted from a data feed error beyond bebdt's direct control.

The bebdt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bebdt takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bebdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

bebdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms or any other bebdt policy;
• The member has provided false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information;
• bebdt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account;
• The member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance;
• bebdt is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your bebdt account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt of your request, bebdt will process any eligible pending withdrawals to your verified payment method and close the account within five (5) business days. Please note that once an account is closed, any unused bonus funds will be forfeited.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months and the account balance is zero. Dormant accounts may be archived without notice. If an account has a positive balance and becomes dormant, bebdt will make reasonable efforts to contact the member via the registered email address before any administrative action is taken. A dormancy fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance after the 12-month inactivity threshold, provided that the remaining balance does not fall below zero.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by bebdt — your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Any real-money funds remaining in your account at the time of legitimate closure (i.e., closure not resulting from a breach of these Terms) will be returned to your verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bebdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care towards all members seriously. The platform provides a range of free tools designed to help members maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered members at no cost and can be activated instantly through the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected].

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• An email notification to the address registered on the member's account;

• An announcement posted in the bebdt news or updates section of the website.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bebdt platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change where practicable.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not materially change the meaning of a clause, or the removal of outdated references — may be made without individual notification. bebdt recommends that members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

Complaints received outside the 30-day window may not be investigated unless exceptional circumstances apply.

bebdt's decision on all complaints shall be final and binding unless you are able to demonstrate a clear and material error in the application of these Terms. All disputes are to be resolved in accordance with the principles set out in these Terms, and English shall be the binding language of all dispute proceedings. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by applicable law. In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
